Import Agency

Jinhan International offers a large range of service from signing with foreign customers, payment of foreign currencies, commodity inspection, booking, shipping, import customs clearance, domestic transportation to foreign exchange clearance. We have formed a bundle service including the import agency, import logistics, and import customs.

Import business involves complex processes and greater risks. If the customer company practices import operations by themselves, it is not uncommon to face many technical obstacles that may result in errors and omissions in the import business. It will take three business days to finish import clearance when documents are complete. When we are performing customs clearance, we will assist customers to prepare necessary documents. Then, the clearance can be smooth and quick. The whole process is complex because it may involve various documents depending on the customer’s business and products, such government documents as automatic import permit, endangered species import permit, 3C exemption, form-exempt import and product pre-classification, important industrial registration certificate, electric mechanic registration certificate, import and export inspection certificate, imported food inspection and quarantine certificate etc.). We are able to provide the most suitable customs commodity codes and import tax rates according to the customer's actual goods name for customer as reference.

Process details:

  • Sign agency agreement with the importer according to proforma invoices and quotes from the foreign brand dealer.
  • Sign procurement contracts with the foreign brand dealer.
  • The importer schedule payments to our designated international foreign exchange bank accounts. After receiving deposits or wire transfer from the importer, we will immediately issue formalities or remittance procedures.
  • Under the terms of FOB, our will arrange our local agent to pick up, handle air or ocean bookings, buy insurance, and transport to domestic ports. Under the terms of CIF, we will urge the foreign brand dealer to ship on time, and ask for bill of lading after the goods have been shipped.
  • When arriving at the destination port, we will finish a full set of import documents, and arrange for import clearance operation matters.
  • The customer pays taxes.
  • After the release of the goods, we will arrange delivery.
  • We will send the bill statement to the customer, overpayment will be returned to the customer or the underpayment will be billed to the customer. The statement is sent out coupled with related receipts.

    Export Agency

    Jinhan International can provide export agency service from signing contracts, reviewing the credit, booking, inspection, export declaration, making a full set of export documentation (packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, certificate of quality) , shipment, insurance, audit negotiation documents, negotiate receipts, cancellation, tax rebate and so on. We have bundled export agency, export logistics, and export customs agency. If there is export tax rebates, we will review VAT invoice, cancellation, and tax rebate.

    Export procedures are complex and involve more processes. One slight mistake can bring greater economic losses, such as credit fraud, discrepancies, or tax rebates failure caused by VAT invoice discrepancies. We will take advantage of many years of experience in banking and taxation to timely remind customers to avoid unnecessary losses. We can handle single one part of the whole process according to customer needs, such as certificate of origin (Form A, Form E, Form F and general certificate of origin C / O), inspection, and product pre-classification.

    Process details:

  • When the foreign trader and the customer confirm the price and the order, as well as other provisions, we and the customer will sign the "Export Agency Agreement" based on orders and price.
  • According to some specific situations, we need to sign export contracts or issue the proforma invoice with the foreign trader.
  • After signing the contract, the foreign trader will issue payments by letter of credit or telegraphic transfer. We will transfer the payments to our customers’ bank account after deducting the appropriate agency fees. When the payment is received, we send the value-added tax invoices.
  • While we are arranging cargo operations, we finish a full set of export documents.
  • We will organize a full set of pickup forms including box, invoices, bills of lading, certificate of origin, and writing account receivable. The customer will pay incurred trailer fees, customs clearance fees, freight and other charges and so on.
  • The customer needs to send a full set of export documents abroad in order to arrange the shipment from the foreign trader.
  • When export documents are returned from Customs, we will arrange follow-up tax rebate matters.
